What changes for the lessee

• The permit sells itself — by the water, and in advance

  More than a third of permits are bought less than an hour before fishing starts: the angler scans a QR code at the gate or follows a link from your website and gets a permit on their phone in four minutes.

• ERIP instead of a cash register

  An invoice is issued instantly, and the angler pays in a banking app, online banking, or at a bank teller. The money goes to the lessee's settlement account — no cash register needed.

• Rangers verify the permit by number

  Every permit has a public verification page: number, water body, validity period, payment status. The angler shows the screen on their phone — nothing to print.

• Quotas, permit closure, and a monthly statement

  Remaining quotas per water body are visible in the dashboard. We remind anglers to close their permit and submit a catch report 5, 2, and 1 day before the deadline. A monthly statement and ERIP reconciliation are generated automatically.

How a season runs with Zapytai

• 

  1. A QR-code sign by the water

  We prepare the sign design and QR code for each water body or section. The angler at the gate, in the parking lot, or by the rules board scans the code and lands directly on that water body's permit purchase page.

• 

  2. Payment via ERIP in four minutes

  The angler picks a date, rate, and number of days, enters their details, and gets an ERIP invoice number. Once paid, the permit arrives by SMS and email. Unpaid requests close automatically once the deadline passes.

• 

  3. On-water verification and quota tracking

  A ranger opens the permit page by number and sees whether it's paid and which water body it covers. Sold permits are deducted from that water body's quota in the lessee's dashboard.

  4. Closing the permit and the monthly report

  The angler closes their permit with a catch report from their phone, and the platform reminds them to do so. The lessee gets a monthly statement and a sales export for accounting and inspectors.
