Session schedule and group limit
Tours run on a schedule: days, times, a seat limit per session. Guests only see open spots — no one can book past the limit.
Online payment for guests, your usual process for organizations
A family or a tourist pays via ERIP right when they book. Schools, tour operators, and corporate clients book with on-site payment — and pay however they normally do, outside the platform.
Seat limit and waitlist
You set a seat limit per session — once it's full, guests join the waitlist and you see the exact number booked. Personal data is handled per the Republic of Belarus's personal data protection law.
Confirmation email with a QR ticket
Guests get an email with a QR ticket, the date, meeting point, and an “Important to know” section — visiting rules and dress requirements. A reminder goes out the day before to anyone who paid online. Fewer calls asking what time to arrive.

Who comes on tours

Schools and colleges
School classes and career-guidance groups. A teacher books the group online and states the number of children and chaperones. Payment is on-site from the school or via ERIP from parents.
Organizations and partners
Delegations, clients, colleagues from other sites. A secretary or the PR team books — payment is on-site, the way you normally handle it.
Tourists and tour operators
Individual guests buy a ticket for an open session. A travel agency books seats for its group under a quota and earns an agent fee on its sales.
