Boloyso

Lake Boloyso is located in the Braslav District of the Vitebsk Region, 2.5 km north-east of Braslav, within Braslav Lakes National Park.

The lake covers 1.39 km² and reaches a maximum depth of 15.6 m (average 5.26 m). It is about 2.06 km long and up to 1.02 km wide. The shallows are narrow and sandy. The basin is elongated from north to south; the shores are low and sandy, clayey in the east and boggy in places.

It is linked by channels to Lake Strusto. The lake belongs to the Braslav group: several dozen lakes with a combined area of about 130 km², linked by channels and small rivers, most of them in the Druyka basin.
