Voyso

Lake Voyso is located in the Braslav District of the Vitebsk Region, 4 km north-east of Braslav, within Braslav Lakes National Park.

The lake covers 4.88 km² and reaches a maximum depth of 9.1 m (average 4.5 m). It is about 3.75 km long and up to 1.6 km wide. The bottom is sandy in the shallows and silty deeper. The shores are high and in places steep, and the shoreline is strongly indented.

It is linked by channels to lakes Nespish, Strusto and Plutinok. The lake belongs to the Braslav group: several dozen lakes with a combined area of about 130 km², linked by channels and small rivers, most of them in the Druyka basin.
